Nick Kempe takes charge as Senior Playing Head Coach for 2026. A former QLD and Allies representative, Nick played five State League seasons with the Suns, Collingwood, and Casey. He brings proven winning DNA, having helped West Preston storm from 6th to a flag in the NFNL. Nick’s mission is clear: drive professional standards, bridge the gap to the juniors, and unlock the squad's "powerhouse" potential to return the club to finals action.

Paul began his journey at Coomera in 2014 before an impactful tenure at Southport (2015–2022). There, he coached Girls and Colts while serving as Junior President, Treasurer, and Secretary. A three-time Club Person of the Year and AFLQ Volunteer of the Year, Paul’s resume is elite—spanning coaching roles at Broadbeach, Morningside, and Bond Uni (Senior Men). As an AFLQ Coach Developer and Sharks Academy coach, he brings immense knowledge back to the club.

We are thrilled to reappoint Caleb Millman for 2026. With a playing background spanning the Dandenong Stingrays (TAC Cup) and Casey Scorpions, Caleb offers elite insight into the transition from youth to senior football. His impact was clear in 2025, guiding the U17s to finals and facilitating multiple debuts in the Senior Men’s side. Caleb’s focus remains on high standards and development, ensuring our young talent is ready for the next level.

Matty first became involved in 2018 when his son Mason started U8s, quickly becoming a dedicated coach and valued member of the club community. Over the past three seasons he has worked within the Gold Coast Suns Academy and now steps into his fourth year as a U16s development coach. Matty’s Coach of the Year honours in 2024 and 2025 highlight his commitment to supporting young athletes, building confidence, and creating a positive, professional pathway in footy.
