Rob joined the club in 2015 when his son Max started playing in the Under 8s. That same year, he became an inaugural member of the Over 35 Masters team. After spending a couple of years coaching in the youth space, Rob stepped into leadership as Vice President, and the following year took on the role of President. Now entering his 10th year at the helm, Rob remains passionate about the game and the sense of community football brings. His commitment to the club is unwavering, and his work is far from finished.



Ash brings over two decades of football acumen to the Director of Football role. His journey began debuting in seniors at just 15, progressing through Gippsland Power squads and Interleague representation. Ash boasts an extensive coaching resume, moving from development pathways to Senior Playing Coach tenures at Coomera, Omeo, and Paynesville. Twice named Club Person of the Year (Paynesville & Coomera), Ash combines tactical experience with a deep commitment to club culture and player development.

Geoff has always enjoyed supporting his kid's sports teams, initially helping out in any capacity required on the sidelines. While he hadn't considered a formal committee role, he was happy to explore the idea when approached. Learning more about the exciting phase the club is entering over the next two years, with significant growth and change, Geoff stepped up to offer his support. He is keen to contribute to the club's success and help guide its development during this pivotal period.

A true Coomera loyalist, Jackson’s club history spans 151 junior games between 2008 and 2015. Since returning to the field in 2021, he has become a key leader, serving as Reserves Captain (2024–25) and joining the committee in 2025. Stepping up as Vice President for 2026, Jackson is focused on bridging the gap between on-field dynamics and off-field management. Working closely with Ash, he is dedicated to driving the senior men’s environment forward.

Paul began his journey at Coomera in 2014 before an impactful tenure at Southport (2015–2022). There, he coached Girls and Colts while serving as Junior President, Treasurer, and Secretary. A three-time Club Person of the Year and AFLQ Volunteer of the Year, Paul’s resume is elite—spanning coaching roles at Broadbeach, Morningside, and Bond Uni (Senior Men). As an AFLQ Coach Developer and Sharks Academy coach, he brings immense knowledge back to the club.
